QTHA is governed by a Members’ Representative Committee (MRC) with nominees of each of the partner institutions. The MRC oversees the operations of the QTHA at a policy and strategic level and approves the Research Plan and Business Plan.
The QTHA Executive is responsible for the day to day operations of the Alliance.
The Research Committee oversees and advises the Executive on research and research-training matters, including reviewing QTHA research programs, identifying research priorities, endorsing projects as QTHA research projects, facilitating and promoting research collaborations, and facilitating the recruitment of postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers.
The Commercialisation Group assesses the commercial potential of QTHA research project outcomes, discusses IP commercialisation strategies for QTHA research project outcomes and provides input and advice as required on commercialisation issues.
