James Cook University staff and students who wish to register please choose the button "registration for JCU staff" when making the event selection. 

All other conference delegates who wish to register please choose "credit card/debit card payments"

Registration fees

 2014 Australasian Tropical Health Conference Early Bird Registration fee before 5pm  19 August 2014

 

 AITHM or QTHA affiliate or ACTM member

 $500 

 student, trainee, early career researcher or registrar  $150

 Non-member

 $600 

 2014 Australasian Tropical Health Conference Non-Early Bird Registration fee after 19 August 2014

 Full conference registration

 $700

 student, trainee, early career researcher or registrar

 $150 

Daily rate (all registrants)

 $300

Events

There will be a free public lecture, open to all on Sunday 7th September from 6pm. 

Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Registration includes all catering and public events but does not include accommodation
  • Daily rate includes all catering and public events scheduled for the chosen day
  • To receive the Early Bird rate all registrations must be recorded and paid for before 19 August 2014
  • Accommodation is the responsibility of individual delegates and will need to book and paid for directly with the hotel
  • Cancellations must be in writing and will incur a $55.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations after 31 August will not be eligible for a refund
